* total dress length of 135cm from side neck point to hem
* pit to pit measures 90cm, and this is the same on the waist as is a straight fit. it will fit a size 8-10, depending on how loose you would like this to be on the bodice. image on the model shows the fit on a size 8-10 bust, with a height of 5’7”
this la soleil dress is made from 100% linen curtains, which were partly stained. the pattern pieces for the dress were cut around the stained parts and then hand painted on top using bleach. the celestial print is based on my love of the moon, sun & stars.
bodice is lined in the same linen quality.
* shipping is FREE to the UK and all garments will be posted within a week of purchase, 24hr Royal Mail tracked. i will take great care packaging and posting your garment, and will send all tracking info to you once sent. once an order has left my studio, I cannot be responsible for any delayed or lost items.
*as a lot of time and love has gone into each garment, i won’t be accepting refunds or exchanges. please make sure to check the above measurements prior to purchase. i can accommodate shortening the length on a style, but a further week will be added to delivery lead times. if a length change is requested after you receive the garment, the cost of postage (out & return) will need to be covered.
*due to the nature of the fabric, it is advised to hand wash this garment with cold water. hang to dry and iron with steam function to remove creases and soften fabric after washing, ideally with a hand held steamer. if using a regular iron, take care to put a thin fabric layer on top before ironing to protect the colour and finish of the linen.
