Ready made garments will be dispatched within 3-5 days from purchase.
Custom orders will be dispatched 4 weeks from placing order, as these will made to measure.
I can help accommodate more urgent orders where possible, so please let me know if this is something you need.
All parcels will be sent with a tracked service, once the parcel has left my studio I cannot be responsible for lost or delayed items.
Shipping within the UK
* basket value under £100 = £5 P&P
* basket value over £100 = FREE shipping
(all orders will be posted via 24hrs Royal Mail tracked)
International shipping rates & lead times
* Europe = £14
* ROW = £20
For international shipments, I am not responsible for custom/shipping taxes
Returns
For ready made items purchased, I can accept refunds if the garment is returned to me within 14 days of receipt and is not worn or damaged in any way. Please contact me prior to sending garment back. When sending back, the parcel will need to be sent tracked and the postage costs covered.
For commissions, I will not be able to accept refunds. As a lot of time and love goes into each made to measure garment, please make sure to check the sizing info prior to purchasing.
I want you to be happy with your garments and can accommodate shortening the length on a style. Please note, this will add a further week to delivery lead times and if a length change is requested after you receive the garment, the cost of postage (out & return) will need to be covered.
